A fire broke out in two coaches of Patalkot Express going from Punjab's Ferozepur to Seoni in Madhya Pradesh near Bhadai railway station of Malpura Police Station in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, news agency ANI reported on Wednesday.

According to the railways, the train was immediately brought to a stop as soon as smoke rising from the coaches was reported. The affected coaches were subsequently detached from the rest of the train, officials informed.
"Smoke was reported on the train Patalkot Express between Agra-Dholpur. The smoke was noticed in the GS coach, 4th coach from the engine," Indian Railways informed. "The train was immediately stopped and coach detached. No injuries to any person," it added.
