PM Modi Oath-Ceremony: Narendra Modi on Sunday took oath as Prime Minister for the consecutive third term. Along with him, 72 other leaders also sworn in as ministers on Sunday. The oath-taking ceremony took place at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi in the presence of several global leaders, and renowned personalities of the Business and film industry including Mukesh Ambani, Shah Rukh Khan, President of Maldives Mohamed Muizzu, Vice-President of Seychelles Ahmed Afif, Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina and Prime Minister of Mauritius Pravind Kumar Jugnauth among several others.
Meanwhile, there are several leaders who took oath as Ministers for the first time. Cabinet Ministers including Jitan Ram Manjhi, Chirag Paswan, Manohar Lal Khattar, and Ram Nath Thakur are among those who got a fresh chance in cabinet as PM Modi returned to power for the third term.
