A shocking incident has been reported in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, where three young men, allegedly armed with weapons, entered a house in Ner village of Ner Gharwasda Panchayat under Jogindernagar subdivision and attacked a father and son, leaving them injured and bleeding.

According to reports, Hemraj, son of Laxman Singh and a resident of Ner village, was closing his shop located next to his house and preparing to have dinner around 10:30 pm on Saturday when he heard abusive language outside.

When he went out to intervene and try to reason with the youths, they allegedly got into an argument that quickly turned violent. His younger son, Aksham, who came to intervene, was also attacked. He suffered a deep injury on his arm after being struck with a spade, while Hemraj sustained injuries to his left arm.

The accused are residents of Bassi village. The two accused persons fled immediately after the incident. Meanwhile, another accused, Balbir Singh, remained on the spot. Hemraj has requested strict police action against the attackers and urged to immediately arrest of the culprits.

The victim, Aksham alias Aditya (20), who is a second-year BA student of Government College Joginder Nagar, received serious injuries in the incident, the police said.

The entire incident was also caught on a CCTV camera, which has been installed at a house. Police are searching for the attackers using the video recorded by the CCTC.
