It's been 11 days since India launched Operation Sindoor against Pakistan-based terror groups to avenge the killing of 26 persons, who were shot dead by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam. Satellite images have confirmed that India has inflicted significant damage on Pakistan's military infrastructure, targeting over nine terror bases and six air force bases.
The Indian Army's Western Command on Sunday released a video on social media platform X, showcasing glimpses of its operation against Pakistan.

The 54-second video begins with the Western Command's logo, followed by visuals of soldiers in attack mode. In the video, one soldier says, "It all started with the Pahalgam terrorist attack. It wasn’t just anger—it was like molten lava. There was only one thought in our minds... This time, the lesson will be so harsh that generations will remember it. This wasn’t vengeance—it was justice."

The video depicts Indian forces destroying Pakistani posts after the other side violates the ceasefire. Pakistani troops were seen fleeing, abandoning their posts. “Operation Sindoor was not just an action. It was a lesson for Pakistan—one it hadn’t learned in decades. Jai Hind," the soldier added.
In a massive reaction after the Pahalgam attack, as many as nine terror camps were destroyed in Pakistan and PoK by the Indian armed forces in 26 precise strikes during Operation Sindoor.
These locations were key command centres of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), responsible for major attacks like Pulwama (2019) and Mumbai (2008). More than 100 terrorists were killed in the attack.
In retaliation, Pakistan attempted strikes on Indian military bases over the next three days—May 8, 9, and 10. Reacting to this, India launched ardent missile and drone attacks, targeting key military establishments of Pakistan.
After four days of intense cross-border drone and missile exchanges, both countries agreed to de-escalate and end hostilities on May 10.
