Train Schedule Disruption: Amid rising fog and intensifying cold, Delhi’s minimum temperature continued to fall on Thursday morning. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the cold wave is expected to strengthen further, leading to an additional dip in temperatures. On Thursday, the city recorded a minimum temperature of 8.3 degrees Celsius, while the maximum is likely to settle around 27 degrees Celsius. Several parts of the national capital also witnessed smog and fog during the morning hours.

Muzaffarpur Special, Purnia Court Special, Darbhanga Humsafar Will Run Late

Many trains from the eastern direction are arriving hours late. Railway officials said that due to light fog and safety work on many railway sections, the movement of trains have been affected. Anand Vihar Terminal-Muzaffarpur Special (05284) which was scheduled to leave at 7 am will leave at 3 pm with an 8-hour delay and Anand Vihar Terminal-Purnia Court Special (05580) which was scheduled to leave at 5:15 am will leave at 6:30 pm with a delay of 13.15 hours.

New Delhi-Darbhanga Humsafar Express (02570) will leave at 10.20 pm with a delay of 10.05 hours and New Delhi-Hasanpur Road Special (04098) will leave at 11.35 pm on November 27 with a delay of 14.05 hours.

Muzaffarpur-Anand Vihar Terminal Sapt Kranti Express (12557) - Delayed by 6 hours 45 minutes.

Muzaffarpur-Anand Vihar Terminal Special (05283) - Delayed by 10.30 hours.
