IndiGo Crisis: Amid an ongoing protest from the passengers, the civil aviation ministry has directed IndiGo to complete the ticket refund process for the cancelled flights by Sunday evening. It also asked the airlines to deliver the baggage separated from the passengers to their address in the next two days. The ministry, in its statement, emphasised that the airline will face immediate regulatory action if the refund process gets delayed. "Airlines have also been instructed not to levy any rescheduling charges for passengers whose travel plans were affected by cancellations," the ministry stated. Apart from this, the airlines have also been asked to maintain clear communication with the passengers to ensure transparency.
