IndiGo Mayhem: For the past few days, IndiGo passengers have been facing difficulties due to massive flight cancellations across several Indian cities. From Delhi and Bengaluru to Kolkata and Hyderabad, thousands of flights have been either cancelled or delayed in the past five days, leaving thousands of passengers either stranded at airports or at home without any clear information about when their next flight will take off.

IndiGo has persistently asked the passengers to continue tracking their flight status for updates. If you're traveling soon, the situation is likely in front of you, too. Passengers can track their IndiGo flight status either through the airline's website or directly through the app

Why are Indigo flights getting cancelled?

According to the airline, these disruptions are due to operational issues, including crew shortages due to updated roster rules FDTL, technology-related delays and ongoing changes to flight schedules.

According to the report, IndiGo has informed the regulator that it will temporarily reduce operations to stabilise its schedule and hopes to resume normal operations by December 15. Until then, there could be more cancellations or delays.
