iPhone 17 Sale Craze: Waves of customers thronged the Apple stores in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi and Pune on Friday morning as the newly-launched iPhone 17 series was up for sale in the stores from today. People lined up in long queues in Select Citywalk Mall in Delhi’s Saket since early morning. Everyone was eager to become the first buyer of the latest iPhone.

Viral videos on X showed people sitting in front of the store on chairs from early morning to wait for their turn to grab the latest device. 

Similar scenes were witnessed in Bengaluru, where excited shoppers queued up in front of the recently opened Apple Hebbal store in Phoenix Mall on Bellary Road. One of the customers, Mohammad Suhail, said that it was “nice to have a store in Bengaluru.”

“We are very excited. The service is very nice. I have been an early buyer for the last few years. We have been waiting since last week. We booked four phones, and this model is comparatively better than the last three models,” he further added.

However, things took an ugly turn at the Apple Store in BKC Jio Centre in Mumbai, where a ruckus broke out as hundreds thronged the store to be the first to buy the new iPhone. Following the public scuffle, security personnel have regulated the growing queues and tried to handle the massive turnout. 

Long queues were also seen in a video on X (formerly Twitter) outside the Kopa Mall in Pune’s Koregaon Park. Punekars, including youngsters and the elderly, came to buy the newly-launched iPhone. 

Currently, the iPhone is available for customers at the official Apple stores in Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru and Mumbai. However, customers can order their iPhones online as well, directly from the website.
