Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has launched a special tour package, Jannat-e-Kashmir, in September for the residents of Bihar. The firm stated that this six-day and five-night adventurous tour will take the tourists to the beautiful valleys of several areas of Kashmir, including Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonamarg, and Pahalgam. While providing details, the IRCTC stated that the trip to Kashmir will start on September 3 through the Patna Regional Office. It also informed that the passengers will first travel from Patna to Delhi and then to Kashmir by airplanes.

The firm stated that apart from enjoying the beautiful sceneries of the state, the passengers will also be able to participate in the adventure activities. It further stated that the tourists will be able to enjoy the thrill of skiing on the snow-capped mountains in Gulmarg and the snowy valleys of Sonmarg and Pahalgam. It stated that the tourists will be given enough time to visit all the significant sites of these regions.

While providing details, IRCTC RO Narendra Kumar Singh stated that hotels in all these regions have already been arranged for the stay in this tour. Kumar further stated that the firm will also provide breakfast and dinner to the passengers, adding that the tourists will be able to explore the regional cuisine. He also stated that the initiative is likely to promote tourism among the residents of Bihar.
