Jharkhand Railway News: The South Eastern Railway has cancelled four trains between October 23 and 26 to carry out development work in the Adra Railway Division. The authority stated that six trains will operate with short terminations and short originations, adding that the railway will also reschedule three trains by one and a half to two hours. The change in schedule is likely to affect thousands of passengers from several states, including Jharkhand, Bihar, and West Bengal. The railway stated that the operation will commence soon after the construction work is finished. It further advised the passengers to check the schedule and plan their travel accordingly to avoid inconveniences.

THESE Trains Will Remain Cancelled:

Train Number 68046/68045, the Asansol-Adra-Asansol MEMU, will be cancelled on October 26.

Train Number 68077/68078 Adra-Bhaga-Adra MEMU on October 26

Apart from this, train number 18019/18020, Jhargram-Dhanbad-Jhargram Express, will run to Bokaro Steel City station on October 24. This train will be cancelled between the Bokaro-Dhanbad-Bokaro stations.

Train Number 13503/13504 Bardhaman-Hatia-Bardhaman MEMU Express will run to Gomoh station on October 24. This train will be cancelled between the Gomoh-Hatia-Gomoh stations.

Train number 63594/63593, the Asansol-Purulia-Asansol Express, will run up to Adra station on October 23.

The schedule of THESE trains will change.

Train Number 18184, the Buxar-Tatanagar Express, will leave Buxar station for Tatanagar with a delay of 90 minutes on October 26.

Train Number 68088 Dhanbad-Bankura MEMU will leave Dhanbad station for Bankura with a 60-minute delay on October 26.

Earlier on Sunday, the railway announced that 44 trains will operate from the North Central Railway Prayagraj zone, and 100 trains will pass through it. This month, trains will make 374 trips, and in November, they will make 276 trips.

To facilitate passengers, sleeper and general coaches are being added to the trains. Currently, around a dozen trains to Bengaluru Rajdhani, Mumbai Rajdhani, and Bihar have no room available, and three dozen trains have a waiting list of over 200.
