Traffic restrictions will remain in force on Kalindi Kunj Barrage Road, Agra Canal Road, and surrounding areas till July 23 due to the Kanwar Yatra in Sawan. Half of the route from Faridabad to Noida via Kalindi Kunj will remain diverted from July 17 to July 23 in view of the possibility of heavy arrival of Kanwariyas.
According to a traffic police officer, a large number of Kanwariyas are expected to go to Noida, Faridabad, Gurugram, and Rajasthan via Kalindi Kunj and Agra Canal Road. Special traffic arrangements and road restrictions will be in force in the South District from July 17 to July 23 for the movement of vehicles, the arrival of Kanwariyas, and the safety of the general public, Jagran.com reported.
A huge crowd of Kanwariyas is expected on Kalindi Kunj Yamuna Bridge Road No. 13-A (Sarita Vihar Flyover to Kalindi Kunj), Agra Canal Road (Eco Park Road). Drivers have been advised to avoid these routes to avoid crowds and jams for the passengers.

Delhi Traffic Advisory: Use These Alternative Routes
Motors going towards Noida from Mumbai Expressway (Agra Canal Road) should take exit number 9 on Mumbai Expressway and go towards Sector 29-31 crossing and turn left towards Haryana Police Line. Turn left on Mathura Road. Then take a U-turn below the flyover towards Badarpur.
To come from Noida to Delhi, it is advised to use Ashram Marg instead of Kalindi Kunj Road. However, emergency vehicles like ambulances, the fire brigade, and Delhi Police vehicles will be allowed to go.
