Devbhoomi: Overwhelmed With Grief Yet Profoundly Proud

The bravest of the brave belonged to three different districts of Uttarakhand - Naib Subedar Anand Singh from Rudrapryag district, Havildar Kamal Singh and Rifleman Anuj Negi from Pauri Garhwal district, and Naik Vinod Singh and Rifleman Adarsh Negi from Tehri Garhwal. The whole state remained draped under the veil of sorrow at the supreme sacrifice of its sons in Jammu and Kashmir. Though a fierce pride burned brightly among the hearts of every Indian, the question is, when will their sacrifice be avenged?
