Kota Gas Leak: Several students fell ill after a chemical gas, allegedly ammonia, leaked from the nearby Chambal Fertilizers and Chemical Limited (CFCL) in the Simliya police station area of Kota district, Rajasthan on Saturday. The school staff immediately rushed the children to the hospital. Two people from the village have also been admitted. The condition of some children is serious. They have been referred to Kota District Hospital, jagran.com reported.

A government higher secondary school is located near the factory. The boundaries of the factory and the school are connected to each other. As per officials 15 children, one staff and two villagers have been brought to the hospital.
