Lawrence Bishnoi's brother Anmol Bishnoi was arrested in California, US after a non-bailable warrant was issued against him earlier this month. Earlier, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh on Anmol, who is the key accused in the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique and firing at the house of Bollywood actor Salman Khan.

Mumbai Police crime branch, which is investigating the two cases initiated Anmol's extradition process earlier this month. He was also key accused in the murder of popular Punjabi pop singer Sidhu Moose Wala.

In its extensive 1,735-page chargesheet, Mumbai Police stated that Anmol gave a nine-minute motivational speech to Salman Khan's house shooters, Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, urging them that successfully executing the shooting would make them 'create history.'

"Do this work well. After the work is completed, you guys will script history," he told the shooters in an alleged audio note sent from abroad. "Do not be afraid at all while doing this work. Doing this work means bringing a 'change' in the society," he reportedly added.

Who Is Anmol Bishnoi

Anmol Bishnoi is one of Lawrence's brothers, who entered the crime world following the suit of the dreaded gangster. He is said to be managing the gang's operations from outside India, with several reports indicating his presence in Canada. An Outlook report stated that the key member of Bishnoi gang leadership is involved in more than 18 crimes and left India using a fake visa and probably a fake passport too.

Fled Months Before Moose Wala Murder

He was also located briefly in Kenya in 2023, the report added. Anmol, who completed his college studies from a Rajasthan college was lodged in Jodhpur jail till 2021, after which he fled the country months before the murder of Moose Wala. Anmol reportedly used a fake passport with the name Bhanu Pratap to flee India.
