Lok Sabha Election Home Voting: The polling for the first phase of Lok Sabha elections 2024 will begin on April 19 for 102 constituencies across the country. However, many voters polled their votes on Monday, April 8, even before the commencement of the grand festival of democracy. This became possible with the special 'Vote From Home' or 'Home Voting' initiative of the Election Commission of India. Through this unique process, elderly voters, who have crossed 85 years of age, and differently-abled voters, are allowed to vote from their homes.
