Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Wednesday said that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will win all 13 parliamentary seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The statement comes at a time when AAP, a constituent of the INDIA bloc, is currently engaged in discussions with Congress to finalise seat-sharing arrangements in Punjab and Delhi.

Mann expressed confidence in a historic victory, attributing it to the pro-people policies of the state government. He said that the opposition would be unequivocally rejected by the people for what he termed as their "anti-Punjab stance."

"History will be created in Punjab as AAP will win all 13 seats. It will be the verdict in favour of pro-people policies of the state government and the opposition will be badly renounced by people for their anti-Punjab stance," Mann said.

Meanwhile, in a dramatic turn of events, the ongoing discord between the Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Punjab reached its peak today, with the Congress branding Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal as "Hitler." The strong language comes hours after the reconciliatory meeting between representatives of the two parties in Chandigarh.

"Bhagwant Maan you and your government cannot suppress the truth and the voice of the opposition with such bullying. We will fearlessly raise our voice for solving the problems of the people of Punjab and against the excesses of the AAP government," Congress leader Partap Singh Bajwa posted on X amid standoff with AAP.

This development unfolds in the context of both parties contesting civic polls in Chandigarh, an unusual collaboration given their recent differences. AAP will contest for the Mayor's position, while the Congress will focus on securing the posts of senior deputy mayor and deputy mayor.

Taking a jab at Congress leader Navjot Sidhu, Mann referred to him as a "fugitive" who fled from responsibilities as a power minister. He dismissed Sidhu's criticisms regarding the purchase of a private thermal power plant, cautioning against baseless statements and urging the former MP to verify facts before making public remarks.
