This scene has drawn considerable attention on social media, with many users questioning the company's customer service and billing practices.

Adding to the controversy, comedian Kunal Kamra recently voiced his criticism of Ola Electric and its CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal, regarding the alleged poor after-sales support. Kamra posted a photograph of numerous scooters parked at an Ola service centre, showing the apparent lack of assistance for customers. He expressed concern for Indian consumers, particularly daily wage workers who depend on two-wheelers for their livelihoods. "Do Indian consumers have a voice? Do they deserve this?" Kamra asked, calling for greater scrutiny of the challenges faced by Ola customers.

In response, Aggarwal did not hold back. He implied that Kamra’s comments were part of a paid promotion and urged him to “sit quiet” while the company focused on resolving genuine customer issues. He also claimed that Ola was rapidly expanding its service network and promised to address any existing backlogs.

Kamra further tagged Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari in his posts, urging government intervention to address the issues faced by Ola customers. He highlighted the financial struggles of those who have resorted to taking loans to manage problems they believe were caused by Ola Electric.

In the mid of this heated exchange, industrialist Harsh Goenka added a light-hearted comment, sharing a picture of himself on an Ola e-scooter and joking, “If I have to travel short distances, say from one 'kamra' to another, I use my Ola.”
