Operation Sindoor: In a powerful and strategic counterstrike following the terror attack in Pahalgam, India launched Operation Sindoor, a precision military mission that dismantled nine terrorist camps across Pakistan. This bold operation not only eliminated terrorists but also destroyed the headquarters of their organisations, sending a clear message: India will not tolerate terrorism in any form.

Operation Sindoor: A 30 Minute Mission

The operation, executed in under 30 minutes, left Pakistan stunned. The scale of destruction was so significant that even Pakistani citizens began to question their own leadership. Social media and news platforms were flooded with admiration for India’s decisive and disciplined military response.

At the core of the mission was the Indian Air Force (IAF), whose precision airstrikes and strategic expertise played a critical role in its success. As tensions escalated in the aftermath, the IAF remained calm and efficient both on the frontlines and through behind-the-scenes support systems.

The Indian government has since publicly acknowledged the unsung heroes who were instrumental in ensuring the mission's success. Official photographs of IAF personnel involved in the operation have been released, honouring their silent yet significant contributions.

Air Defence System: The Invisible Shield Protecting India

A key factor behind the operation’s success and India’s security during Pakistan’s retaliatory strikes was the country's robust air defence system. This system effectively intercepted and neutralised incoming drones and missiles, safeguarding both civilian populations and strategic assets.

One viral photo captures the dedicated team behind the Integrated Air Command and Control System (IACCS), a vital component of India’s defence infrastructure. The government described this team’s contribution as “critical to the success of Operation Sindoor.”

On Monday, the government released a photo featuring Indian Air Force officers who played a vital role in the mission. The caption read:
“Photo of the Integrated Air Command and Control System critical to the success of Operation Sindoor.”

Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai, Director General of Military Operations (DGMO), also praised the multi-layered air defence system, stating that Pakistan never stood a chance of breaching it.

PM Modi: 'India Eliminated Terrorists in a Single Blow'

In a recent address to the nation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared that many terrorists who were freely roaming in Pakistan had been eliminated in one decisive strike. This action plunged Pakistan into frustration, prompting it to make yet another grave mistake.

Instead of supporting India’s stand against terrorism, Pakistan retaliated by attacking Indian territory targeting schools, colleges, gurdwaras, temples, and residential areas. Even sacred Indian sites came under attack. But in doing so, Pakistan exposed itself to the world.

PM Modi stated that the world saw how Pakistan’s drones and missiles collapsed like stones against India’s might. India’s powerful air defence system intercepted and destroyed them mid-air.
