A missing person investigation by the Madhya Pradesh police has exposed a horrific fratricidal crime, revealing that a man hacked his father to death and managed to conceal the body for six months. The gruesome murder of 45-year-old Udaybhan Singh Bundela came to light after police grew suspicious during a probe into his 11-month disappearance, which was initially reported by the deceased's brother.The cops then recovered a body from the river. During the preliminary investigation, it was revealed that Nitin told his relatives and neighbours that his father had gone to Mumbai for work.
The police's suspicions increased due to the presence of the deceased's farm nearby where the bones were recovered. The police recovered human remains, clothes, and the blanket from the Samla River and conducted an FSL examination.The police doubted Nitin and called him for interrogation.
How Accused Tried To Fool Cops?
During questioning, Nitin said his father died after a tractor accidentally fell on his head. Petrified, he hid the body in a box at his house. Six months later, he and his uncle Kalli wrapped the body in a blanket and threw it into the Samla River. The experts' report clearly stated that such a death by a cultivator fall was impossible. After this, the police interrogated him again strictly, and Nitin revealed the entire truth.
The Real Story
After a rigorous grilling session, the accused finally confessed. He said that his father had given him Rs 40,000 to deposit the instalment of the tractor. When his father persistently demanded an explanation for the money, he killed him in August 2025 by striking him multiple times on the head with an axe while he was asleep on a cot in their home.

After the murder, he hid the body in a box and kept telling his relatives that his father had gone to Mumbai for work. After about six months, he told the entire incident to his uncle Kalli alias Aspendra Singh. After this, both of them together wrapped the body in a blanket and threw it in the Somla River so that no one could know about the murder.
