ECI-SIR Row: The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke, in a reply to a social media post, accepted that student leader Neha Bora is more resilient and impressive when it comes to street protest. Dipke's response came when a social media user alleged that Bora has been a better example for the GenZs. The two young leaders are currently leading separate protests against the alleged poll riggings.

User Compares Two Leaders

In a social media post, a user had compared the two leaders, further calling Bora a "complete" Gen Z icon. "Maturity is realizing Neha Bora is more talented than Abhijeet Dipke. A complete Gen Z icon with an absolutely ridiculous aura," the user stated. While such remarks usually do not get comment from the concerned people, Dipke chose to reply and agree with the user. "I agree," the CJP founder replied.

While replying to his post, the social media users praised Dipke for his humility, further pointing out that comparison is not necessary at this point of time. "Only legends can appreciate each other," one user commented. "At this stage comparison is not necessary. All should be united and fight for a common cause," another user asserted.

Protest Against CEC Gyanesh Kumar

Earlier on October 2, on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, protests were launched in Delhi and Mumbai against the alleged internal rift within the Election Commission. While AISA President Bora led the protest in the capital city, Dipke addressed a huge crowd in Mumbai's iconic Azad Maidan. Bora, along with several other leaders, were also detained by the Delhi police while they attempted to visit the Jantar Mantar protesting site.

Dipke, following the protest, announced that the CJP will stage a massive protest in Delhi if CEC Gyanesh Kumar did not resign by October 10. "If Gyanesh Kumar doesn’t resign, cockroaches from across India will march to Delhi & protest at Jantar Mantar on October 10. If Delhi Police tries to stop us, wherever they stop us will become our Jantar Mantar," Dipke said.
