Who Is Navpreet Singh?
Navpreet Singh allegedly operated a drug syndicate from Turkey and supplied banned materials to India via Afghanistan in large amounts. Earlier in 2021, the agencies began their probe by arresting Rizwan Kashmiri in south Delhi. He informed the investigators about the operation of a large-scale drug cartel in several parts of the country.
The authorities later successfully recovered 166 kg of heroin from one vehicle in Faridabad in a raid. Along with this, 115 kg heroin was recovered from another vehicle. The raids were conducted based on the information provided by Rizwan Kashmiri, the officials later informed.
