#WATCH | Lucknow: UP CM Yogi Adityanath says, "The Council of Ministers of Uttar Pradesh has passed a significant resolution today, honoring the Prime Minister’s uninterrupted 25-year journey of public service as the Head of Government... The Cabinet has resolved that October 7th marks a glorious chapter in the nation's history. The Council of Ministers of UP extends its heartfelt congratulations to PM Modi, on the completion of 25 years of continuous, dedicated service as the Head of Government. This is a moment of special pride for UP, as PM Modi leads the nation from the sacred soil of this state, serving as a popular public representative and Member of Parliament... Under his leadership, India has established a new identity on the global stage while preserving its civilizational values; simultaneously, UP has entered a new era where heritage and development go hand in hand. The bond between PM Modi and Uttar Pradesh is deeply personal... This deep connection, which began with Kashi and Mother Ganga, has only strengthened over time and now serves as the foundation for the state's comprehensive transformation. Driven by the shared resolve of the Centre and the State, the 'Team India' spirit, and the effective coordination of the 'double-engine' government, UP is advancing on a path of unprecedented progress." He adds, "It is a well-known fact that prior to 2017, the state grappled with administrative inefficiency, a pervasive sense of insecurity among the public, and a lack of basic amenities. Drawing inspiration from the Prime Minister's vast administrative experience and visionary outlook, UP adopted a new work culture of governance. Consequently, transparent and technology-driven governance, robust law and order, modern infrastructure, and an investment-friendly environment have emerged as the hallmarks of the state today. Under the guidance of 'Karmayogi' PM Modi, Uttar Pradesh is scaling new heights of all-round progress with renewed self-confidence. The UP Council of Ministers will always remain grateful to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for consistently prioritizing the state's development..."
