Noida: A 10-year-old child died after falling from the 13th floor of a residential society located in Sector 107 of Thana Sector 39 area, police said. The child lost his balance while playing on a four-foot high balcony, jagran.com reported. The police are currently investigating the matter. According to police, Mayank Balucha's 10-year-old son Armaan was reported to have fallen from the balcony of the 13th floor in the Lotus 300 Society at around 10:30 pm on Saturday night. The relatives admitted the injured child to Yatharth Hospital however the doctors declared the child dead.

ACP Praveen Kumar Singh said that no complaint has been received from the family so far.

At the time of the incident, Armaan and his elder brother were at home while the parents had gone down. According to the police, there is a CCTV camera installed in the balcony but no concrete information about the fall could be obtained from it.
