We stand with every affected family in this hour of grief."

As Pakistani forces continued to target civilian areas with heavy cross-border shelling, significant damage was reported to residential properties in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district.

Raj Kumar Thapa, a Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services officer and resident of Rajouri, lost his life after his home was struck during the ongoing shelling by Pakistani forces.

Heavy cross-border shelling by Pakistan resulted in damage to homes and religious sites across Kupwara, Uri, and Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir. Despite the attacks, local residents expressed unwavering support for the Indian Army.

The Pakistan Army continued targeting civilian areas in the Poonch sector with intense shelling on Saturday, causing extensive damage to houses, water tanks, and other civil infrastructure.
