Pan Aadhaar Link: You can be in a problem if you don't link your PAN card with your Aadhaar card before December 31. Your PAN card can be deactivated if you fail to do so, increasing your problems further.

The action follows an increase in financial fraud incidents, as multiple fintech companies were allegedly using PAN data to create customer profiles without proper user consent, sparking significant concerns. In order to safeguard personal information from misuse, the Ministry of Home Affairs instructed the Income Tax Department to restrict access to personal data through PAN.
