Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday flagged off three Vande Bharat Express in Karnataka’s capital city Bengaluru. One of three trains, Bengaluru to Belagavi Vande Bharat Express was launched physically while two others were flagged off virtually. The inauguration ceremony took place at KSR Railway Station in Bengaluru.
The Three trains that have been flagged off from KSR are
Bengaluru to Belagavi
Amritsar to Sri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra
Nagpur (Ajni) to Pune
Bengaluru To Belagavi: Timing, Route And Fare
The route of the existing Vande Bharat running between Dharwad and Bengaluru has been extended till Belagavi.
The train, expected to run six days a week, will leave Belagavi at 5.20 a.m. and reach Bengaluru by 1.50 p.m. It will leave Bengaluru by 2.20 p.m. and reach Belagavi by 10.40 pm.
This extension of train will enhance the connectivity between Bengaluru, Tumakuru, Davangere, Haveri, Hubballi, Dharwad and Belagavi.
Train 26751 will leave Belagavi at 5.20 am and arrive in Bengaluru at 1.50 pm. Scheduled halts are Dharwad (7.08 am), SSS Hubballi (7.30 am), SMM Haveri (8.35 am), Davangere (9.25 am), Tumakuru (12.15 pm) and Yesvantpur (1.03 pm).
Except for Wednesday the train will operate six days a week covering 611 km in 8 hours 20 minutes, making it the fastest on the route.

PM Modi also inaugurated the Yellow line of Bengaluru metro and undertook a metro ride from RV Road (Ragigudda) to Electronic City metro station today.
