- Beneficiaries can now download Punjab MMSY health cards online.
- Scheme offers cashless health treatment up to Rs 10 lakh annually.
- e-KYC and photo verification mandatory for online card download.
Under Punjab's Mukhyamantri Sehat Yojana (MMSY), the State Health Agency (SHA), Punjab, has enabled beneficiaries to download their health cards directly from the official portal. Under this facility, eligible citizens will no longer need to visit a centre to get a copy of their card. Once the beneficiary's photo verification and e-KYC are complete, the card can be accessed online, downloaded in PDF format, saved on a mobile phone, or printed for future use.
How To Download The Health Card?
Enter Details
- Locate the family record on the portal by entering a Family ID, Health Card Number, mobile number, or Aadhaar number.
Complete OTP Verification
- Authenticate the request using the OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
Download The Health Card
- Once verified, the health card can be viewed online or downloaded in PDF format. Beneficiaries can keep a printed copy for their records, share copies with family members, or present it when accessing eligible healthcare services.
e-KYC Mandatory Before Downloading Card
Beneficiaries must ensure that photograph-based verification and e-KYC are completed before downloading the card. This digital process allows users to verify updated photographs of family members and complete mandatory authentication before generating the card. Merely downloading the digital copy does not replace the initial beneficiary verification requirement.
