The accused has been identified as Parvati Bai Kushwah, a resident of Indore. She allegedly stabbed her sister-in-law, Vandana, to death. Vandana had married Parvati’s brother, Upendra, on August 11 against the wishes of both families. The couple had been living separately in a rented house.
