Comedian Samay Raina’s upcoming shows, 'Unfiltered', scheduled for March 21 and 23 at Talkatora Stadium in Delhi, have been cancelled. The ticketing platform BookMyShow, where both shows were marked as sold out, informed attendees about the cancellation just days before the performances.
BookMyShow sent notifications to ticket holders on Saturday, confirming the cancellation and assuring them of refunds. “Your Samay Raina Unfiltered - Talkatora Stadium Show scheduled on Fri Mar 21 2025 (or Sun Mar 23 2025) 7:00 PM at Talkatora Stadium Delhi has been cancelled. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have processed the refund... which should reflect in 7 to 10 working days,” the message read, reported Hindustan Times.
Neither BookMyShow nor Samay Raina has provided an official reason for the cancellation. With many suggesting that the cancellations might be linked to recent controversy related to Samay Raina-hosted India's Got Latent.
Samay Raina has been at the center of controversy over an episode of India’s Got Latent, which featured podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, YouTuber Ashish Chanchalani and content creator Apoorva Mukhija. The episode, aired last month, drew criticism for inflammatory remarks made by Ranveer Allahbadia, sparking public outrage and multiple police complaints.
In the aftermath, Raina’s shows scheduled for April in Gujarat were also cancelled. The Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) claimed last month that tickets for his Gujarat performances were removed from BookMyShow.

Recently, the Supreme Court ruled in favour of Ranveer Allahbadia, permitting him to continue shooting for his podcasts. However, in its February 18, 2025 verdict, the court condemned his “filthy language” and prohibited the registration of new criminal cases based on his remarks.
