Sambhal Violence News: Two days after the violence broke out during a court-ordered survey of a Mughal-era mosque, life in Sambal returned to normal as the schools reopened and several shops selling the essentials marked the commencement of operations. According to news agency PTI, the internet services continued to remain suspended in Sambhal tehsil.

Sambhal Violence News: Internet Services Suspended
According to news agency PTI, the District Information Officer Brijesh Kumar said that as per the directives of the district magistrate, internet services will remain suspended in Sambhal tehsil till 4 pm on Wednesday. Although the situation in most parts of the district appeared calm, the area around Shahi Jama Masjid in the city's Kot Garvi neighbourhood remained deserted.
Divisional Commissioner (Moradabad) Aunjaneya Kumar Singh on Tuesday said, "The situation is normal in Sambhal and most of the shops are open. Some shops are closed in the area where the violence broke out, but in that area too there is no tension as such. There is security deployment and the situation is under control, moving towards normalcy."
On the legal action after the violence, Singh said as police continue to gather evidence, several FIRs have been registered, and more could be filed in the future. He also warned of action against those spreading rumors and engaged in arson.
"The local MP and the son of the local MLA have also been booked for provoking (the crowd). Further probe is ongoing. CCTV footage are being checked. It was a spontaneous action. It was the second time that the survey was being carried out. "Everyone had a chance to present their side in the court, or they could take it up in higher courts. But that was not done...instead such an act was done, which spoiled the atmosphere. No guilty would be spared of strict action," he said.
Sambhal Violence: Dimple Yadav Alleges Administration For Sambhal Incident
The Samajwadi Party MP Dimple Yadav held the Uttar Pradesh administration responsible for the violence and also alleged that the people are being harassed continuously in Sambhal by filing false cases.
"The administration is responsible. People are being harassed continuously in Sambhal by filing false cases, our MP was not even present, he was in Bengaluru at the time of the incident, but his name has also been included," Dimple Yadav told ANI.
She also said that the people of the Bharatiya Janata Party do not want this country to be run by the Constitution.
"We want that every day should be celebrated like Constitution Day and the kind of incident that we have seen and the way our elections which have just been completed and the kind of incidents that we have seen in these elections, the Sambhal incident as well, somewhere these BJP people do not want this country to run by the Constitution, that is why we have not gone inside today but we have taken the oath of the Constitution today in the office," she added.
Sambhal Violence Updates: BJP Criticises Samajwadi Party Over Incident
The Uttar Pradesh BJP President Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary on Tuesday criticised Samajwadi Party (SP) over the incident and said that the circumstances in Sambhal are in some way or another caused by the Samajwadi Party's internal fight for supremacy.

It is because of the feeling of competition between the two families to gain leadership of the party. They provoked the people and caused this incident... However, the alertness of our party and the police made sure that the Samajwadi Party was not successful in their agenda... UP CM has announced an investigation into this matter. That will make it clear who is at fault and action will be taken against them..." said Chaudhary.
Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak ensured that fair action would be taken against the guilty. "Fair action will be taken against anyone who is guilty, and whoever has suffered will get justice," he said.
