Amid the AAP’s concern and pandemonium over Arvind Kejriwal’s health in Tihar Jail, the party’s senior leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh alleged that the BJP was plotting the ‘assassination’ Delhi Chief Minister. He alleged that the BJP knew Arvind Kejriwal would get bail from the Supreme Court, therefore they forcibly made the CBI arrest him, knowing that his health was deteriorating.

Singh said the BJP knows that the longer Kejriwal stays in jail, the worse his health will become. He said that the prison administration, LG House, and the BJP were conspiring to kill Kejriwal. He stated that this constitutes an attempted murder case, and they are seeking advice from their lawyers in this regard.

"Arvind Kejriwal's sugar level has dropped below 50 multiple times. This report was provided not by anyone else but by the BJP's prison administration doctor. The BJP's LG and prison administration are repeatedly lying about Delhi CM's health. This could also be a case of an attempted murder. We may file an attempt to murder case against those involved in this conspiracy," he said during a press conference.

Singh mentioned that CM Kejriwal's sugar level has dangerously dropped below 50 several times, which could lead to a coma and risk of a brain stroke.

One BJP’s remark that Kejriwal was deliberately making his parameters abnormal by perpetually changing his food habits, AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP asked why a person would put his life in danger by deliberately making himself so ill?
