A tragic road accident occurred early Wednesday morning on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in Alwar, Rajasthan. Three occupants of a pickup truck were burned alive in the incident, while the driver sustained critical injuries and is currently undergoing treatment.
Details Of The Incident
According to the police, the accident took place around 3:00 am near Channel Number 131.5. A speeding pickup truck, traveling from Delhi towards Jaipur, collided with another vehicle. Following the collision, the pickup truck caught fire.
The fire was so intense that the three passengers were unable to escape and died on the spot. The driver, who was critically injured, was referred to Jaipur after receiving primary treatment at a nearby hospital.
Identity Of The Victims
The three deceased have been identified as Mohit, a resident of Bahadurgarh (Haryana), and Deependra and Padam, both residents of Sagar (Madhya Pradesh). The injured driver has been identified as Honey, a resident of Jhajjar (Haryana).

Police Action And Investigation
Upon receiving the information, the Raini police arrived at the scene and shifted the bodies to the Raini Hospital mortuary. Using the vehicle's registration number, the police traced the truck to Jhajjar (Haryana) and subsequently informed the families of the victims.
Initial reports suggested that multiple vehicles might have been involved in the collision; however, when officials arrived, only the pickup truck was found at the scene. The police are conducting a thorough investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident.
