Bibahv Kumar Bail Hearing: Defence's Argument
Meanwhile, the defence submitted that the complainant went to the CM's residence and called the accused, who, it said, was not present there. As per a report by news agency ANI, the defence claimed that Maliwal headed towards the CM's residence without any permission or prior appointment.
"Can anyone enter in this manner, this is the official residence of CM," Senior Advocate Hariharan, appearing for Bibhav, argued. "There was a trespass and a report was also filed," he added. "She had no appointment for a meeting, and there was no message of her arrival," the defence argued.

"It has come to the notice of the National Commission for Women (NCW) that during Maliwal’s visit to the residence of the Chief Minister of Delhi, Bibhav Kumar was called after the arrival of Swati Maliwal at the CM residence.
