Train Cancellation News: Dense fog and biting cold sweeping across northern India have severely disrupted train operations, causing widespread delays and forcing passengers to face long waits.
The biting winter conditions, which reduce visibility and require cautious running speeds for safety, have led to widespread delays of 2 to 15 hours on many routes, particularly affecting services in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and connecting corridors. On Tuesday, several key trains, including the Vaishali Superfast Express, were operated 2 to 10 hours late, while around eight trains passing through major junctions were fully cancelled.

Indian Railways has advised passengers to monitor official channels for the latest running status as fog-related disruptions continue.
