Trains Delayed: More than 20 Delhi-bound trains on Wednesday were delayed amid foggy conditions. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert amid cold wave conditions in the Delhi-NCR region. Delhi’s maximum temperature on Wednesday is expected to be around 20 degrees Celsius, while the minimum is likely to hover around 4 degrees Celsius.
Trains Delayed List
The Darbhanga-Anand Vihar Terminal Amrit Bharat Express, scheduled to arrive at 12:45 PM on Tuesday, arrived at 9:15 AM, 20.35 hours late.
The Darbhanga Amrit Bharat Express, scheduled to depart at 3:10 PM on Tuesday, departed at 10 am on Wednesday.
Departure times for several other trains have also been changed. Many local trains are also running late. Saharanpur-Old Delhi MEMU by two hours, Bulandshahr-Tilak Bridge MEMU by one and a half hours, Panipat-Ghaziabad EMU, Panipat-Old Delhi EMU, Panipat-New Delhi Ladies Special EMU, Hathras Fort-Old Delhi MEMU and Jakhal-Old Delhi Passenger by one hour, Kurukshetra-Old Delhi EMU by one and a half hours, Shamli-Old Delhi, Mathura-Ghaziabad EMU and many other trains are also running late by about half an hour.

Delhi’s AQI meanwhile remained in the very poor category on Wednesday morning. AQI at Anand Vihar was 366, Jahangirpuri 420, Wazirpur 386, Sirifort 403, Sonia Viahr 368, Vivek Vihar 372, Mundka 375, JLN Stadium 379, Pusa 398, Okhla Phase-2 366, DTU 363, Ashok Vihar 368, Chandni Chowk 397, Nehru Nagar 422, Patparganj 367, Rohini 393, RK Puram 407, IHBAS Dilshad Garden 242.
