Fire breaks out at chemical factory in Hapur, fire fighting operations underway

New Delhi | Jagran News Desk: A fire broke out a chemical factory in Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh on Monday. Fire fighting operations are underway. Apart from this, ambulances have also been rushed to the spot to provide medical aid to injured residents of the locality. As per ininitial report, one labourer has succumbed to injuries. 

In a similar incident earlier on Monday, a blast occurred in a warehouse of chemical storage tanks, near Kandla port and Indian Oil Refinery in Gujarat in which reportedly three people died while two went missing-- feared dead.
