In a shocking accident, two people sustained serious injuries after a speeding car crashed into their two-wheeler on the Mumbai-Pune highway in Pune’s Wakad area. A video of the incident has since gone viral on social media.

The collision was recorded on the dash cam of another vehicle. The footage shows a black sedan recklessly speeding before slamming into a two-wheeler near Tip-Top International Hotel in Wakad. The impact was so intense that both the rider and pillion were thrown several feet away.

Despite the severity of the crash, the injured individuals managed to get up and move to the road divider, as bystanders rushed to check on them. They were quickly taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, the Hinjawadi Police have registered a case against the driver of the sedan. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the accident and ensure accountability for the reckless driving.
