Aadit Palicha, the 22-year-old CEO of Zepto, one of India's fastest-growing tech startups, recently sparked a lively discussion about work-life balance, a topic that has become a hot debate in the tech industry. On Wednesday, Palicha took to social media to share his thoughts, offering a bold perspective on the issue: “I have nothing against work-life balance. In fact, I recommend it to all our competitors.”
Palicha's remarks have reignited conversations on how startups and tech companies approach work-life balance, with many now questioning whether this philosophy could be a key differentiator in the world of business success.
Aadit Palicha's statement about work-life balance, posted on X (formerly Twitter), drew attention, especially after he clarified that the quote was not his but from an interview with Daksh Gupta, the 23-year-old CEO of AI startup Greptile. Gupta had previously endorsed long work hours, reigniting debates about the intense work culture in startups.
