The life and death of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala is the subject of a new book. The book, titled ‘Who is Moosewala’, is a biographical account of popular Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, who is loved by millions of fans even after his demise. The book reveals the personal aspects of his life that were unknown to many.

The book was released in Chandigarh on Monday in the presence of Moosewala’s parents, who praised the author Surjit Singh for his work. The book launch was preceded by a recitation and kirtan of Sri Sukhmani Sahib. The book is published by Adara Khalsa Fatehnama which aims to highlight the pro-Punjab stance of Sidhu Moosewala and unravel the secrets behind his assassination.

Sidhu’s parents told the media that the book shows the real side of Sidhu, who was popular among the youths of the country. The book narrates how Sidhu became a target of governments and was murdered when he took on drug lords, racketeers and capitalists, they said.

Sidhu Moosewala left Canada and returned to Punjab, where he proudly called himself ‘Son of the Dunes’. Surjit Singh, the author of the book, said that ‘Who is Moosewala’ will do justice to his character. Sidhu’s whole family was present at the book launch.
