Tata Group Ne Chairman Noel Tata: Tata conglomerate patriarch Rata Tata on Wednesday left for the heavenly abode at the age of 86 in Mumbai. He breathed his last at Breach Candy Hospital after being admitted there due to age-related ailments. With the passing away of the acclaimed businessman, there was a suspense related to the next chairman of Tata Trusts. As per reports, Noel Tata has been selected as the next chairman of Tata Group's philanthropic arm Tata Trusts.
Who is Noel Tata
Noel Naval Tata currently serves as the chairman of Trent and Tata Investment Corporation. He also holds the position of managing director at Tata International and is the vice chairman of both Titan Company and Tata Steel.
Noel is the son of Naval Tata and Simone Tata and is actively involved with several charitable organisations, including the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust, Sir Ratan Tata Trust, JN Tata Endowment, and Bai Hirabai JN Tata Navsari Charitable Institution.
Noel is married to Aloo Mistry, sister of the late Cyrus Mistry, who was ousted as chairman of Tata Sons in 2016. Ratan Tata temporarily assumed the chairmanship for a few months until February 2017.
Noel and Aloo have three children—Leah, Maya, and Neville—who are positioned to potentially take on board roles within Tata’s operating companies. The three have already been involved in various managerial capacities within the Tata Group.

Noel earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Sussex and completed the International Executive Programme at INSEAD in France. Noel began his professional journey at Tata International, the division of the Tata Group focused on international products and services, and became a director at Titan Industries and Voltas in 2003.
