Amid the escalating frustrations of passengers due to the IndiGo crisis, a heartwarming video on social media has gone viral in which IndiGo flight attendants are seen lovingly treating and comforting a passenger's little child during the flight delay.
The clip, which was posted on Instagram by a passenger named Rashmi Trivedi, shows airline staff interacting and playing with her little child. “Flights got cancelled, delayed what not. But the staff have always been great hosts. I have always travelled in Indigo, and during this time, a lot of people have suffered. However, finding joy in little things matters the most,” her Instagram post read.
The post further read, “The flight got delayed; meanwhile, my little one is enjoying with the staff.”

How Did The Netizens React?
The video has been shared widely on social media and has received many positive comments, with many users praising the crew’s heartwarming and kind act.
The video comes as IndiGo’s operational problems continued to persist for the seventh consecutive day, with the impact felt across the country. Hundreds of flights were cancelled or delayed, leaving thousands of passengers stranded or forced to change their travel plans.
The disruption has affected both domestic and international routes, causing chaos at major airports like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
Air India Announces Fresh Hiring For Pilots
In a separate development, Air India announced fresh hiring for pilots with the banner ‘The sky is not the limit, it’s just the beginning’, calling for pilots to apply for a career in the Tata Group. In the advertisement, Air India mentioned that it is looking to hire pilots for its fleet of Airbus A320 and Boeing 737- the backbone of the short to medium haul market.

Interested candidates have to submit their application by December 22, as per the advertisement of Air India.
