Step 1: Go to the official website of YEIDA.

Step 2: Find the registration form for the residential plot scheme.

Step 3: Sign up to receive a user ID and password.

Step 4: Choose your flat size, block and sector.

Step 5: Upload the documents asked by the website including Aadhaar Card, Photo and a reservation proof (in case you are applying via any reservation category).

Step 6: Do the registration fee and EMD payment.

Step 7: Download the letter of intent.

YEIDA Residential Plot 2024 Online: Eligibility

- To apply for, YEIDA Residential Plot 2024 online, you must be at least 18 year old;

- an Indian citizen;

- should not already have a plot or flat bought by YEIDA

- not have been imposed any restrictions by the Government of India or the UP Government from purchasing immovable property in UP.

Draw Date: December 27, 2024.

YEIDA Residential Plot 2024 Online: Price Of Plot

- Rs 25,900 per sq. meter.

Additional Charges

- Park-facing/Greenbelt plots: 5 per cent of the premium.

Corner plots: 5 per cent of the premium.

Roads wider than 18 meters: 5 per cent of the premium.

Maximum Location Charge: 15 per cent of the premium.

YEIDA Residential Plot 2024 Online: Refund Process: Applicants who are not successful will be refunded the registration amount. No interest will be provided on refunds within the first year. For delays beyond one year, the refund will be subject to SBI's savings account interest rate.
