1. Baked Eggs

Baked eggs are extremely simple to make and a perfect recipe for a nutritious breakfast. To prepare baked eggs, you just need eggs, extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt, fresh black pepper and desired toppings. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for baking the eggs. Melt some butter and brush it around the eggs. Add salt and black pepper to the dish and bake for about 12-15 minutes. Once the eggs are baked, you can garnish it with desired toppings.

2. Scrambled Eggs

To make scrambled eggs, you would need two eggs, thinly sliced ham, cheddar cheese, heavy whipping cream and butter. Begin with gathering all the ingredients. In the first step, whisk the eggs in a bowl until they smoothen and add ham, cheese, and heavy cream. Melt the butter in a pan and pour the egg mixture into it. Let it cook and stir for about 2-3 minutes and pour onto a plate. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over it.

3. Masala Omelette

For masala omelette, 3-4 eggs, small onion finely chopped, small tomato finely chopped (optional), green chilli finely chopped, fresh coriander chopped, turmeric powder, salt, butter and lemon juice. Beat the eggs with a fork and use a non-stick skillet. Melt butter in the pan cook the beaten eggs and make sure to not overcook them. Now add fillings to the eggs and cook for a few more seconds. Fold the omelette in half and serve hot.

4. Egg Benedict

Egg benedict is a common breakfast that is extremely healthy for overall health. It contains toppings such as Canadian bacon, poached egg, and hollandaise sauce. In a deep saucepan, boil some water and add 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar on a low flame. Break some eggs, split some muffins, and toast them for a few minutes. Now, melt some butter in a saucepan and put egg yolks, white wine or tarragon vinegar, a pinch of salt and a splash of ice-cold water. Whisk for 2-3 minutes, and remove from the heat. Season the eggs with lemon juice, sauce, and other toppings.
