Notably, the regular consumption of Tulsi kadha will keep infections at bay in the winter season, and it will also promote weight loss.

Without any further delay, let’s take a look at the simple Tulsi Kadha recipe that will not only help you shed those extra pounds but will also keep seasonal infections at bay. 

Ingredients That You Need: 


  • 1 Litre Water

  • 7- 8 Tulsi Leaves

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • Black Pepper

  • 3-4 Caradamom cloves

  • Black Pepper 

  • 1 tsp Kachi Haldi

  • Black Pepper 

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 4-5 Giloy stems

  • Honey ( As per your taste)

Tulsi Kadha For Weight Loss

How To Prepare? 

1. In a pan, heat the water, and add turmeric, tulsi leaves, and ginger along with cardamom cloves and cinnamon powder. 

2. Let the mixture boil for some time on low flame. After 8- 10 minutes turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool. 

3. When it's cool enough to handle, strain the kadha in a cup and sip it. You can also store it if you want it. Store it in an air-tight container and keep it in the refrigerator. Whenever you want to drink it, heat it up, add some honey and black pepper for the taste.

4. You can drink it anytime, however, starting your day with this healthy Kadha can boost your digestion and will also help you to shed those extra kilos.
