Wheat Flour And Honey
Create a nourishing scrub by mixing wheat flour and honey into a paste. Gently massage the mixture to your skin in circular motions, then rinse with warm water. The wheat flour's fine texture gently exfoliates and removes dead skin cells while honey's antibacterial properties moisturise and soothe the skin.
