To perform, sit or stand with good posture and slowly squeeze your shoulder blades together, then downward, holding for 10-15 seconds. Release and repeat 10-15 times while breathing deeply. Head Nods
Head nods provide quick headache relief. Gradually move your head forward and backwards. Repeat for at least 10-15 times. This gentle stretch eases neck tension, improves blood flow and reduces stress. Regular head nods also alleviate migraine.
