How To Make Rosemary Water For Hair?

Pour about 2-3 cups of water into a pan and place it on a medium flame. Allow the water to boil and then reduce the heat to medium. 

Now add 2-3 fresh sprigs of rosemary into the boiling water, cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

After 15 minutes, the water will become thick because the longer you leave rosemary sprigs in the water, the thicker and stronger the water will be. 

Post this, you can also add some cloves to the water as the antimicrobial properties of cloves help promote a healthy scalp. Once it boils, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool down for about 30 minutes. 

Now, strain the rosemary water into a spray bottle, your rosemary water is ready to use. You can spray it twice or thrice a week on your scalp and tresses to enjoy the benefits.

How To Use Rosemary Water?

You can apply rosemary water to your clean hair for the best results. Also, before applying it to your scalp, make sure to do a patch test by dabbing it on your wrist and wait for around 2 hours to see if it has any reactions on your skin. 

You can also use rosemary water before applying shampoo and condition your hair by using it as a hair mask. To enhance the results of this remedy, you can also use rosemary oil alongside rosemary water.
