Coffee

Drinking coffee on an empty stomach is not the ideal choice until it's consumed with some snack or after any meal. It stimulates the formation of hydrochloric acid, leading to abdominal discomfort, bloating and gastritis in some people.

Spicy Food

Food items that are spicy may also irritate the lining of the stomach if consumed with acid reflux and other serious health concerns. It also causes problems in digestion and pain. So, it's important to consume something mild before any spicy food.
