Pasta

Consuming cold pasta is also not recommended. When chilled, the starches harden, making the pasta more difficult to digest. Soup And Stew

Having cold soups and stews can cause the nutrients to break down while reducing their nutritional value. The sudden change in temperature can shock the digestive system. Warm soup and stew are more comforting and also help reduce inflammation.
