Nut milk is extremely nutritious, low in calories, and contains an abundance of nutrients that nuts carry. They are a great alternative to dairy milk as nut milk can help in reducing the risk of heart diseases, strengthen bones and maintain healthy blood sugar levels. According to WebMD, almond milk has no lactose (a type of sugar found naturally in dairy milk) since it’s not an animal product.
